Fashion Store offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option, allowing you to pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep.

How COD Works

Select “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method during checkout. Your order will be processed and dispatched after confirmation. When the delivery partner arrives, pay the exact order amount in cash. Please keep the exact amount ready to ensure a smooth delivery process.

COD Availability

COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. However, COD may not be available for certain locations, high-value orders, or during special promotional periods. If COD is unavailable for your pin code, you will be notified at checkout.

COD Order Limit

Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹10,000. For orders exceeding this amount, we recommend using online payment methods for a seamless experience.

Cancellation of COD Orders

You may cancel a COD order before it is dispatched by contacting us at support@fashion.azmjobs.com. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.

Refunds for COD Orders

If a COD order is returned or cancelled after dispatch, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days. Please provide your bank account or UPI details when requesting a refund.

COD Charges

A nominal COD handling fee may be applicable and will be displayed at checkout. This fee covers the additional logistics involved in cash collection.

Refusing Delivery

Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries or placing fraudulent COD orders may result in your account being flagged and COD being disabled for future orders. This helps us maintain service quality for all customers.
